Refund Policy

At District Vandal, we aim to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must include all original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A small restocking fee may apply depending on the supplier

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us
